My Approach
I use an interdisciplinary, team-based approach in all of my services, collaborating with a wide range of professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care. This includes working with psychiatrists, addictionologists, process addiction specialists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, pharmacists, nursing, integrative doctors, and health and wellness professionals. By bringing together diverse expertise, I create personalized, well-rounded treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, promoting lasting recovery and overall well-being.
I also utilize a family systems approach, recognizing that individual challenges are often interconnected with family dynamics and relationships. I focus on understanding the roles, patterns, and interactions within the family system that may influence a client’s behaviors and well-being. By addressing these dynamics, I help clients and their families develop healthier communication, establish boundaries, and foster supportive environments that promote growth and healing. Integrating a family systems perspective allows me to provide care that not only supports the individual but also strengthens the entire family unit as part of the recovery and wellness process.
